The General Directorate of Casino Games and Slot Machines has published Circular Letter No. 001-2026-MINCETUR/VMT/DGJCMT, through which it reminds authorization holders of their obligation to submit the renewal of the guarantee that supports the obligations and potential sanctions arising from Law No. 27153.
According to the authority, such renewal must be carried out at least one (01) month prior
to the expiration date of the current guarantee. Likewise, it is specified that maintaining these conditions is essential for the continuity of the granted authorization, under penalty of initiating the corresponding sanctioning procedure.
