The deadline for operators of remote games and remote sports betting to comply with SBS Resolution No. 03622-2025 expires on February 12.

In practice, compliance requires at least 25 management documents, including policies, procedures, records, reports, and operational evidence. The exact number may vary depending on the operator’s size, complexity, and risk level. This will allow operators to implement a solid AML/CTF and FP framework capable of withstanding audits and inspections by the competent authorities.
