With over 30 years of experience, Carlos Fonseca Sarmiento is one of the most renowned specialists in the gaming industry in Latin America. He has been a regulator in the sector in Peru, an independent arbitrator with over 50 national and international arbitrations, and a consultant on regulatory projects for over 15 countries in the region.

He is the author of the book “Gambling and Betting: Technical and Legal Aspects,” a member of the editorial boards of international gaming magazines, and the first Latin American member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL). In addition, he has advised leading companies in the sector on acquisitions, mergers, and corporate reorganization.
